Partia Socialiste ka deklaruar se procesi i votimit në qendrën nr.1212 në Muhur është bllokuar. Anëtari i Kryesisë së Partisë Demokratike për Dibrën, Shkëlzen Qoku i shoqëruar nga deputetja e Partisë Demokratike Jorida Tabaku kanë hyrë në ambientet e qendrës së votimit dhe shtetasi Qoku është konfliktuar me vëzhguesit e komisionerët.
Aktualisht procesi i votimit është bllokuar për këtë shkak.
